If your check is returned for non-sufficient funds, you expressly authorize your account to be electronically debited or bank drafted for the amount of the check plus any applicable fees. International orders are welcome. Only VISA, MasterCard or Verified PayPal accounts may be used, and only US funds are accepted. Overseas orders will include a US Customs Form Declaration.

Domestic Rates include shipping, handling and insurance.

Orders over $401 Â = $18.00
Please note: Some items, due to size or special packing requirements may incur additional shipping charges. You will be notified of any additional charges prior to shipping.
International
International shipping rates are based on the current United States Postal Service's Global Priority Mail price for the smallest package plus cost of insurance. This is the best value for small packages, time in transit varies. If your purchase requires special packaging, exceeds the maximum insurance value for priority rates or must be split into more than one shipment to be covered by insurance, you will be notified.
International Rates other than Canada include shipping, handling and insurance.

Orders up to $675 = $56.00
Orders over $675.00: Customer will be notified of the total shipping charge and will be billed separately for it.

Rates include shipping, handling and insurance.

We are not responsible for any damaged or lost packages shipped without insurance. You are responsible for any taxes, duty, or customs fees for your country.
Damaged or Missing Items and Returns Policy
Returns must be authorized to be accepted. Email or call for authorization.
Refunds will be made upon receipt of the merchandise in new condition. In most cases shipping costs will not be refunded. We reserve the right to charge a 5% restocking fee on returned items purchased with a credit card. This is due to the cost of handling fees charged by the credit card company which are not refunded to us. In the case of damage, please call or email for postal insurance and claims information.

All items on this website are handcrafted therefore the pieces may vary slightly from the photo. Also be aware that colors may vary on different computer screens.
Unless noted otherwise, all pieces are 1/12 scale for doll houses. We guarantee that the quality of these items is as shown and described on our site.
Many items on our site are in stock. However, some items may already be sold before we have time to update the website. In those cases, we will create an order for you and notify you of expected production time. We never substitute without asking first.
